Use the form below to request deletion of your Link-partner.chat account and the personal data associated with it. This page is provided to satisfy the data deletion disclosure and request requirements of Google Play, the Apple App Store, and applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).

Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your request has been verified and processed, your account, locally stored messages, and associated personal data cannot be restored.

What data is deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, the following personal data tied to your account is removed from active production systems:

Account profile and login identifier.
Authentication credentials and active session tokens.
Push notification tokens registered for your device(s).
Application settings and preferences linked to your account.
Locally cached messages and attachments on the device after sign-out / uninstall.
Personally identifiable diagnostic data linked to your account identifier.

What data may be retained

Organization-owned communication records. Messages and attachments that are part of an organization's conversation history may remain in the organization's storage in accordance with that organization's retention policy.
Backups and disaster-recovery copies. Encrypted backups containing your data are rotated out and overwritten on a rolling basis, typically within 60 days of deletion from primary storage.
Anonymized and aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained for service-quality and security analysis.
Records required by law (for example, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, or regulatory requirements) are retained for the legally required period only.

Identity verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion of an account, we verify the identity of the requester before processing. Verification may be performed by one or more of the following methods:

Confirmation reply from the registered email address.
Confirmation link sent to the registered email address.
Authentication challenge in the application (password and, where enabled, multi-factor authentication).
Approval of an organization administrator, if your account is provisioned by an organization.

EU/EEA, UK and California residents

This form is the mechanism for exercising your right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR (and equivalent rights under UK GDPR or other comparable laws), and your right to deletion of personal information under the CCPA / CPRA if you are a California resident. Data export before deletion

If you would like to receive a copy of the personal data associated with your account before requesting deletion, send an email to privacy@link-partner.chat with the subject "Data Export Request". Verified export requests are typically processed within 10 business days.
