The Application is an enterprise messaging and customer communication client used by authorized personnel of subscribing organizations. The Application provides secure access to organizational conversations, message histories, and communication workflows.
The Application is not intended for public consumer social networking use and is not directed to children.
Credentials are transmitted via encrypted transport and are not stored in plaintext on the device.
The Application processes messages, attachments, conversation metadata, and operational notes required to provide communication functionality. Such data is displayed and synchronized between the Application and the designated organization server.
For reliability and security monitoring, the Application may process technical diagnostic data, including app version, operating system version, crash stack traces, and related error context.
The Application processes push notification tokens to deliver real-time alerts about messages and operational events.
